Posicharge is a Colour Locking technology applied to the SporT-Tek range of promotional and sporting apparel. The Posicharge technology is used to create bleed resistant fabrics, this locks the colour of the item (tee, polo etc) into the fabric meaning that it will not bleed into a custom print (screenprint) overtime with regular washing.
The Sport-Tek range of promotional apparel includes Tees, Polos, Active Wear, Sports Shorts, Headbands, Caps and Visors.

Posicharge is a trademark name for the technology. Initially, cationic dyes are used to dye the polyester. Cationic Dye-Ion/atoms that have an electrical charge are used and as this dye has an opposite charge to that from poly fibres it essentially combines chemically & becomes one.
Because of this, the ink will not separate from the poly and move around the fabric (dye migration and bleeding) so the decoration stays bright and new for longer.
